Both founding partners have previous experience in recognized firms in the industry, and gave birth to VyN SINERGIA in 2009.
The objective since then has been to offer a service that responds quickly, flexibly and closely to the client’s needs. Unlike large firms, the processes will always be carried out by one of the partners, not delegated to consultants.
That is why the Boutique concept was born, not as a con-sequence of the size, but as a choice of the personalized service we provide. Among others, be-cause of this direct and non-delegable contact of the partners with our clients.

Fabiana Numerosky
Fabiana is a co-founder of the firm. Due to her years of experience as a Human Resources consultant, she has developed a deep knowledge in recruiting and selecting high-level executives. She has a solid understanding of both the executive search processes and the market and candidates, which has resulted in excellent quality customer service. She began her professional career in executive search in 2006 as operations director at Transearch, Mexico City. Previously, she worked as a lawyer in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Fabiana is certified in assessment tools such as the assessment center and TTI Succes Insights. She is also certified in Executive Coaching.
She holds a B.A. in Law from the Catholic University of Buenos Aires and speaks English and Spanish.
Mariana Villalobos
Mariana is co-founder of the firm. She is a human resources consultant and is certified in executive coaching with more than 15 years of experience in the sector. She began her professional career in Executive Search at Spencer Stuart as an associate in the Mexico City office. She continued her professional career at Transearch, acquiring experience with clients in various sectors such as financial, consumer and industrial sectors, among others.
She holds a B.A. in International Relations at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. She speaks English, French and Spanish fluently.
