Processes and methodology
There are new instruments that day by day break into the search for professionals. We are not unaware of them, but our main axis continues to be to search our client’s specific market, with the traditional hunting processes and methodology. This not only gives us specific, current and value-added information, but it also allows us to find executives who are not actively searching and who are then usually not detected by other methods. They are usually what the client aspires to in their organization: successful executives in their position and company. Those are our candidates.
Interview processes
Once we have mapped the sector, the interview processes follow, after which there will be candidates who strictly comply with all the requirements agreed with the client. Of them, we will present those that fit with very specific factors previously analyzed with the client. We apply our TTI Success Insights assessment tool to interviewed candidates and offer coaching sessions for the first 100 days of employment
